Our client, a well known hotel development company is seeking a sparky, bubbly, outgoing and articulate Receptionist. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy, vibrant and fun-loving environment where as Receptionist you will be an ambassador for the company. As the ideal Receptionist, you will be an outstanding communicator, you will be extremely organised and you will love to smile!
You MUST have:
2 years minimum administrative experience in any industry
Be educated to degree level
Duties will include:
Being the first point of contact for external clients and internal business
Greet guests, determine nature of business and announce guests to appropriate personnel
Answer main phone line; determine purpose of calls and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
Accept deliveries and notify appropriate staff in a timely manner
Maintain a clean reception area
Provide data input support
Update/maintain office phone list
Schedule meetings and book conference rooms and offices
Serve as "concierge" for the office
Other duties assigned as needed
You will be well presented and have exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. You will also have strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
