We are looking for immediately available candidates. This is a contract role until the end of 2015 however it’s highly likely that this will be extended further!

We are currently recruiting for a Team PA with Office Management duties for a client of ours who are working on a very high profile project in the liquid natural gas industry. The Team PA will provide administrative support to the Project Director and the project team throughout the phase of development and thereafter.

As the Team PA / Office Manager, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting VIP visitors to the office and making sure their every need is catered for. This will involve hospitality and catering for the meeting rooms, booking taxis health and safety etc. You will provide diary management for the Project Director and take minutes in the meetings. The project team travel a lot so you will be responsible for managing the travel via a travel agent with the utmost accuracy.

The Team PA / Office Manager will provide effective administration support by assisting in the creation and preparation of letters, memos, documentation and business stationary as required by the project team. The Team PA / Office Manager will assist the project team on the completion of any work related expenses, look after invoicing and keep a very close eye on budgets and look at cost saving options.

This is a very meaty and fast paced role and the Project Managers are the best in the world in this field, so they have very high expectations! You will be a person who prides themselves on building relationships and providing seamless support.
