Legal Secretary required for my client located in West London on a temporary basis.
1. Fulfil typing requirements as priorities demand for:
a. Childcare and Conveyancing, Landlord & Tenant and Litigation
b. Family/Matrimonial, Wills, Probate and Conveyancing
c. as general support in the areas quoted above
2. Attend on clients both in the office and on the phone and monitor e-mails in the absence of, or at the request of, the fee earners.
3. Open and maintain files in accordance with agreed office procedures and to meet any special requirements of the Legal Services Commission.
4. Prepare bills together with related documents and to liaise with Accounts Manager.
5. Perform and/or delegate responsibility for photocopying, booking couriers and counsel, filing and sending faxes as and when required.
You will ideally have a years experience minimum as a legal secretary, have a typing speed of 60 words per minute and have excellent IT skills. If you are a professional temp and have what it takes then please apply today!
