PA to HR Director
An exciting new PA job opportunity for a global law firm, based in London. As the Personal Assistant to the HR Director and Senior Management Team, you role will be to provide all round first class PA, administrative support and secretarial services.
Responsibilities will involve diary management, preparing agendas for key meetings, coordinating projects and events from start to end, inbox management, and building up strong relationships with each internal and external contact in order to provide a high level support service, acting as an affective ambassador for the HR Director and team at all times.
Successful candidates must have previous senior PA experience within a professional services environment, impeccable organisation skills and a “can-do” attitude.
