Receptionist/Team Assistant

Receptionist/Team Assistant required on a temporary possibly permanent basis for a small architectural organisation based in Central London.

This is a small family orientated organisation who are looking for a friendly face to front the organisation. You will be required to support the managing director with diary management, co-ordinating travel and taxi’s, co-ordinating board packs and handling any presentations. Another part is to manage the front of house this includes answering the phones, meeting and greeting guests, co-ordinating meeting rooms and ensuring that the office is clean and tidy and stock with supplies.

You will ideally have previous experience as either a receptionist, administrator or team assistant. You will need to be comfortable with small environments and able to work as a team.
