Customer Support Executive

Customer Support Executive required on a contract basis for a well known medical membership organisation based in the heart of Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity and will be a great step if you already have experience with customer service for a small organisation.

As a Customer Support Executive you will be required to assist customers by providing information about all products and services. Investigate and resolve enquiries regarding their products and services. Deal with technical queries about products e.g. authentication issues, mobile apps etc. You will also be required to update and maintain the database with member’s details.

You will ideally have a degree or be educated to A-Level Educated, be available immediately and willing to learn. CRM or Salesforce experience is definitely a benefit but is not essential. If you think you have what it takes then please apply today!
