Kristian joined The Maine Group in September 2015 as a Permanent Consultant for Maine-Tucker Secretarial. Kristian is originally from Cardiff and graduated from Cardiff University with a degree in Hospitality Management, so he has a wealth of customer service experience!  Kristian moved to London after University and began working for Virgin Atlantic as cabin crew. After flying the airways for 3 years, he decided to look for customer service based roles on the ground and worked in a few secretarial roles such as Reception and Office Managers. (So you can trust he has the perfect experience for our Secretarial candidates and clients!) Kristian then found himself working in recruitment, which is something he really enjoyed and thrived in. He has always had an Exec Search/Private Equity focus, which is something he now brings to the The Maine Group team. After 6 years in a recruitment role elsewhere, Kristian decided to move on and look for a new challenge, and here he is! He was immediately attracted to The Maine Group through our brand and excellent reputation and, after interviewing with us and meeting our team; he knew we were the company for him.
