Employment Law Forum March 2017

Our second forum of the year, Fake News: Debunking the Top Employment Law Myths, was hugely popular and a massive sucess! We would like to say thanks to Chris Braganza for leading this interesting and informative session.

Our next session is titled: Reasonable Adjustment: Who is Entitled and How Far Must You Go?

"The definition of a disabled person in the Equality Act 2010 encompasses many more conditions than many employers realise. This means that all employers can expect to have to consider at some point whether or not an employee is disabled and, if they are, what reasonable adjustments to facilities or working practices might need to be made to allow them to fulfil their potential. Failure to do so can lead to costly disputes and, sometimes, bad publicity. Join us as we highlight the pitfalls, discuss relevant case law and some practical examples."

We will be hosting this at our offices at Greener House, 66-68 Haymarket, London, SW1Y 4RF, from 8am to 10am on Tuesday 21st March 2017. For more information, and to book your place, please email Paige Abbs here.  We look forward to seeing you there!
