PA to Regional Managing Director

We are looking for a PA to Regional Managing Director based in Luton.

You will be working beside the Regional Managing Director whilst giving occasional support to 2 Senior Directors. You will be required to proactively contribute to the regions success and be involved in improving working processes and systems as well as supporting the needs of the clients and colleagues.

- Maintain RMD's diary by arranging meetings and organising conference calls when needed
- Arrange refreshments and liaise with all internal and external clients.
- Prepare regional and group board reports
- Support senior management including preparation for strategy meetings
- Booking all travel and accommodation
