Temp Contact Centre Advisor – 1 month + - £11.00 per hour - Immediate Start

West London based company who are incredibly busy and growing fast require experienced Contact Centre Advisors.

Our client is a Housing organisation and based within a busy and fast paced team you will need to ‘hit the ground running’, learn the ropes quickly and enjoy customer service.

Must have the following:

? Previous experience of working within a contact centre or similar environment
? Taking inbound calls from customers, providing a professional service
? Answering queries, giving accurate information, dealing with and escalating issues as required
? Must have excellent, clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
? Must be used to using databases and picking systems and processes quickly
? Must know Outlook, MS Word to intermediate levels
? MUST BE ABLE TO START ASAP AND COMMIT TO ONE MONTH POSSIBLY LONGER
