Purchasing Administrator – Epsom

Are you immediately available for a contract role for that will run for at least 3 months and possibly be extended? Do you live within easy reach of the Epsom area? Do you have strong knowledge of SAP or a similar system?

If you have some solid admin experience, particularly within purchasing including placing orders, checking stock, updating systems, chasing up delivery and raising purchase orders.

You will be required to put orders on the system, follow them through to delivery and take care of ensuring orders and packages get to the correct departments. Orders must be input accurately and carefully checked. As well as this you will need to be able to perform other routine admin and customer service tasks.

You will need to be a tenacious and hard-working self-starter with the excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly pick up systems and processes quickly.
