PA/Office Assistant | London | Up to £25,000 (DOE)

Are you a dynamic PA/office assistant looking for your next role? My client is looking for an all round assistant to offer PA support as well as reception and administrative tasks. You must have previous experience in a corporate environment.

This is a fast-paced entrepreneurial work environment so you must be highly organised, and have experience in a similar role with the ability to multi-task. You must be happy to work in a busy office and capable of working under pressure. Strong Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel competencies

You will have a variety of duties so no two days will be the same, duties include (but not limited to):

-First point of contact and gate keeper

-Answering calls and taking messages

-Meet and greet guests

-Assist senior EA’s where necessary

-Assist with calendar management and travel coordination (across multiple time-zones)

-Drawing up stationary and food orders

-Ordering office lunch

-Keeping the board rooms tidy and book rooms accordingly

-Purchase order data entry

-Reconciling expense reports

-Liaise between portfolio companies and finance team

-Assist the finance team where necessary

-Assist the deals /investment team where necessary
