Marketing Team Assistant | Fantastic London City Consultancy!

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 pa

A fantastic City based and well established organisation are seeking a Team Assistant to join their team to provide support to their Marketing and Events where you will be working closely with the Digital Marketing Director and reporting in to the Head of HR.

You will be supporting the whole marketing function which will include, posting and scheduling updates on social media, uploading content onto websites and general website upkeep, helping with the creation of marketing material and content writing.

In addition, you will also provide holiday cover for the EAs and the Office Manager, coordinating diaries, booking global travel arrangements and hotels, organising all attendees for events, booking lunches and dinners.

You will have a keen interest in Marketing/PR and have excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and first class interpersonal skills. An active interest in social media as well as experience of websites and design is highly desirable!
