Are you looking to use your existing Reception knowledge in a funky and down to earth Fin Company? Are you keen to join a firm that mirrors your best in class approach and has the charisma, spark and passion to match your own?

This is an amazing opportunity for a Receptionist to join a progressive Fin company to help run Front of House. As the face of the company you will be responsible for a range of duties within all aspects of office support and administration.

On a daily basis you will be:
• Meet and Greet clients and offer refreshments
• First point of contact for all telephone enquiries, suppliers and maintenance
• Setting up meeting rooms, keeping the office stocked and tidy, order supplies, managing meeting room and hot desk requests
• Filing, photocopying, scanning, booking couriers and taxis
• Arranging office events and any other ad hoc administrative task

This role is extremely varied where no two days will be the same. You will have good MS Office knowledge, typing and email etiquette while also having an excellent telephone manner. As the Front of House superstar you will have great communication skills, be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and be able to handle confidential data/information.
