Temporary Receptionists / Administrators
We are currently seeking experienced Receptionists and Administrators for a variety of assignments, ranging from short-term day cover to ongoing roles.
Our clients are some of the top names in the Corporate and Creative sectors.
Ideally, you would have had previous experience working within Office Support/Administrative/Reception space or in a 5 star Customer Service based role.
Duties will include;
-Meeting and greeting guests
-Answering incoming phone calls
-Booking and setting up meeting rooms
-Managing the general reception email in-box
-General house-keeping and keeping office tidy
-Dealing with the post
-Being a point of contact for suppliers
-Ad-hoc administrative duties
-Booking travel
-Managing diaries
