£37,000 to £42,000 p.a.

Fixed Term Contract

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to play a key part in shaping this organisations strategy through a period of transformation. As their HR Project Manager you will be joining a collaborative and high support environment where your skills with project management, TUPE, reorganisation and L&D will be highly regarded.

As the HRPM you will need to engage with key stakeholders across the business, thus you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to build trust at all levels and deliver excellent service to clients and team members.

On a daily basis you will be:

- Creating and maintaining project plan, timelines of HR support work and updating relevant stakeholders with all progresses
- Recruitment organisation and management for roles affected by the restructure (creating JDs, job matching, scheduling interviews & assessments, campaigns, paperwork etc.)
- Manage TUPE and reorganisation processes ( working closely with union & employee reps, calculate redundancy & report costs, producing paperwork associated such as FAQs, harmonisation & TUPE administration)
- Assist Learning and Development manager with training programs / transformation projects

This is an all encompassing position which will enable you to develop your existing skills in Project Management, Reorganisation and TUPE processes. You will be able to take ownership of this position and will be given autonomy, must be able to balance a busy and varied workload while often working under pressure to tight deadlines.
