Are you a recent graduate, college leaver or currently studying part time, good with numbers and looking to begin your career?

We are looking for a Portfolio Administrator to join a leading financial company in their stunning London City offices. You will be part of a close knit team who have tons of experience and will be given full on the job training.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Preparing documentation for all portfolios – reporting, board packs, valuations etc
• Updating the investment tracker and ensuring accurate future cash flow is maintained
• Monthly reconciliation of investment and divestment, collation of annual budgets with in house systems
• Weekly reporting of accounts and investee companies and monitoring of management account submissions

This is an excellent learning position for a bright, sparky, confident and vibrant individual who has excellent communication skills. Must be numerate and comfortable working with numbers. Must be happy learning processes within a process driven role, while developing long term within the company. We are looking for someone to take ownership of this position and who is comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels while also having an incredible eye for detail, takes initiative and is proactive.
