The role is for a highly motivated People Lead to develop and deliver the entire talent strategy in line with the brand vision and values. The role encompasses everything people related and you will work closely with the board to deliver effective strategies around recruitment, talent development, HR and internal communications.

As well as the senior level and strategic aspects of the role you will be comfortable with basic administration and effective record keeping to ensure the people piece is underpinned by solid systems and data.

Demonstrable experience in all of the above areas in a similar role will be key to ensure success in this role coupled with the following traits;
