Office Service Administrator

My client are a fantastic high profile finance company, who are looking to hire a temporary worker for their corporate facilities department. This company is fast-paced, friendly and attracts hard-working and intelligent employees. This role will be based in their high profile Mayfair office and will involve dealing with prestigious clients.

This varied position will involve:

-Administration
-Document control
-Scanning, filing and binding
-Assisting with the opening, sorting and distribution of incoming mail to departments
-Franking and sorting outgoing mail via Royal Mail
-Assisting with production of monthly management reports

The ideal candidate will be:

-A team player
-Have great attention to detail
-Well spoken and well presented
-Able to multi-task and work under pressure

This position would be suitable for someone who is looking to further their career and gain some great experience.
