This is an amazing opportunity for a Solicitor Support Manager to join a modern and high end law firm to lead their lawyer support team.

You will need to have an excellent academic track record and have had a progressive career within the legal world and be ready to step into a new role where you will be responsible for all the administrative, secretarial and paralegal support to 200 lawyers!

This role may suit a lawyer who no longer wants to practice but still wants to play a pivotal role within a law firm or possibly a newly qualified lawyer looking for a more operational role. Or if you have a law degree and have managed a legal admin team.

Managing a team of six, you will have be a supportive and motivational man-manager and have the foresight to pre-empt work flow, allocate work load among the team and ensure seamless continuity of service.

Working closely with the Head of Operations as well as the CEO and the entire Lawyer community, you will play a pivotal and highly visible role in this dynamic firm and will require the necessary poise, confidence, warmth and intelligence to carry it off!
