Senior Community Fundraiser

Our client, a leading humanitarian charity is charity is currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic Senior Community Fundraiser to join their team.

Responsibilities will include;

1. Contributing to and delivering against annual budgets, targets and plans
2. Proactively working in the community to develop to foster new supporters and fundraising groups
3. Proactively using the fundraising database to develop and manage supporter relationships and ensuring that accurate, up to date financial and supporter records are maintained and accessible
4. Working with fundraisers and staff in other departments to maximise relationships with supporters
5. As part of the team you will support the London events calendar, including working with committees on events including gala dinners, Christmas markets and bespoke events to increase income year on year.
6. Promotion of the legacy message during talks and presentations or at suitable events

To apply you should have/be;

1. Relevant experience in community fundraising or events or transferable skills
2. Experience of preparing, working to, monitoring, and reporting on targets
3. Experience of managing and motivating others
4. Experience of planning, managing and evaluating events or projects
