Head of HR required. Either full or part time. TECH firm, pioneers in their sector and a fast growth business.
Impressive organisation who have had phenomenal success since being founded. The founders are a couple of highly regarded London entrepreneurs, you will work with them to develop the people plan for the business and HR strategies.
The business is still in its infancy so this is a superb opportunity to help shape the future.

The key area's that you will concentrate on are;
Developing talent
Mapping out training needs to ensure the workforce is equipped to achieve future growth plans and strategies
Performance management
Coaching line managers
Retention - keeping the workforce engaged
Culture and Values
Recruitment - mainly techies

Your client group; around 100 employees and growing, inspiring, super smart - typically red brick grads, ambitious, high achievers and creative folks.

Marvelous offices - brand spanking new, break out areas to get the creative juices flowing and chalk boards so you can scribble your ideas on the wall for everyone to see.

The plan is to outsource the day-to-day HR administration work but you will need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up and muck in.

You will report to one of the founders who is the CEO, he works at a million miles an hour and is an absolute genius; it is essential you can keep up with him.

Head of HR; applicants should be/have:
CIPD qualified, generalist HR experience, have been responsible for recruitment, coaching line managers, engagement, retention and performance management.
You will be able to truly partner with senior management and stakeholders across the business, professional and polite in all communications.
HR professional who likes to be visible with the client group - sitting with them in an open plan office.
Strong planning and organisational skills, ability to manage a fast-paced, constantly changing business environment; responding efficiently to high pressure situations.
Extremely keen to hear from applicants who have worked for a start up business especially within the tech arena.
You must be aligned culturally and have experience of looking after a similar client group; young, high achievers, demanding, charming and clever!
