Corporate Receptionist

We have a FANTASTIC temporary opportunity for two friendly Corporate Receptionists to join a leading private global banking firm. Our client is offering an EXCEPTIONAL rate of pay £14ph to attract two friendly, outgoing professionals to temp within this prestigious firm. Situated within beautiful vibrant offices, this role would suit someone who has the flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis and enjoys meeting and greeting clients.
Working within a professional pool team of Corporate Receptionists on a temporary basis for a week, with the possibility of this role being extended. The two Corporate Receptionists will be rotated between the City and West End offices, covering sick and holiday leave.
You will be expected to provide an exceptional front of house experience for this client, as you will be the first point of call. Additional responsibilities will include (but not limited to) booking and preparing meeting rooms and covering the switchboard.
We require a personable, immaculately-presented and articulate professional with excellent communication skills. The standard dress-code for the reception team is formal (black jacket and coloured shirt).
Desired qualities:
Previous corporate reception experience
• Immaculately presented and fantastic communication skills
• Exceptional customer service
• Switchboard experienced (not essential)
• Well versed with MS Office Suite
