This role is a 10 month fixed term contract (approx) which has arisen to cover a maternity leave. The client, a successful private equity group are seeking a career receptionist with both the style and substance to meet the demands of this fast paced high end front of house.
• Act as the face and voice of the company
• Provide a five start greeting service to all visitors and guests
• Coordinate refreshments and ensure meetings rooms are always immaculate
• Arrange the couriers and post
• Additional administration tasks
