Payroll Consultant – Harlesden and London Bridge

My client is looking for a Payroll process expert to analyse their end to end payroll processes, and make recommendations for improvements and new processes as required.
It's a six week assignment so they need you to come in and hit the ground running on this project from day one.
Responsibilities for this Payroll Consultant role:
Review & audit end-to-end payroll processes
Payroll, AE pensions and benefits, in scope for analysis
Write up recommendations report
Who you are:
Payroll & HR industry professional
Experience in payroll outsourcing industry in end-to-end processes & performance improvement
What you will bring – essential skills and experience:
Experience in payroll outsourcing industry in end-to-end processes & performance improvement
Able to look at payroll process with an objective perspective and evidence of establishing a 'fit for purpose' payroll process based on end objectives and variant influencing factors
Experience of auditing, advising on and establishing end-to-end payroll processes across different companies, industries and sectors
Inquisitive mind to dig deeper and find the right answers
