Working with a great portfolio of clients you will deliver training, you will be expected to give workshops, mostly soft skills and leadership skills. Must have L&D/training experience, be commercially aware and client focused.

Creating training courses
Strategically planning and forecasting training needs
Analytical Networking and results oriented
Sound attention to detail
Able to communicate succinctly both verbally and in writing
Able to translate complex issues into practical solutions

Able to recognise cross selling opportunities
Sound time management and able to multi-task
Works on own initiative but also as part of a team
IT skills MS Office suite
