Team Secretary

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic individual to join a fast growing, entrepreneurial, international tax practice.  

Due to growth, they are now looking for a Team Secretary to support the team.
   
General responsibilities will include, but be not limited to:  
 
Preparing and editing documents, letters, reports and presentations as requested including proof-reading, scanning, printing, binding and document collation
Filing all documents using an electronic document system
Preparing invoices
Liaising with clients
Answering the telephone, taking messages and transferring calls
Assisting in organising and arranging travel
Providing administrative support to the team
Assisting with ad-hoc administrative support and projects
 
To be considered for this position, you will need the following skills and experience:  
 
GCSE (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics at grade C or higher required
A Levels (or equivalent) required
Proficient in MS Office
Good communication, organisation and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
 
25 days annual leave  
Benefits after probationary period
