HR Administrator

HR Administrator required to support a team of HR Consultants.

Join a leading Chartered Accountants firm and provide HR support to a wide portfolio of clients.

Duties will include;

You will assist the HR Consultants in providing a range of HR Consultancy services to clients ensuring all deadlines are met.

To undertake HR reviews at clients' premises both for existing clients and new clients in order to determine their current HR liabilities and to identify additional work opportunities.

Assist with supporting the client on and off site to proactively manage their HR function on a day to day basis, by providing clear, concise and compliant advice on a range of HR topics together with the provision of relevant supporting documentation.

Producing client documentation including correspondence letters, contractual documentation and policies and procedures.

Helping the Consultants to support clients on and off site in a range of HR processes and statutory requirements including but not limited to Grievances, Disciplinaries, TUPE and Redundancy.

To ensure that all communication with clients is diligently documented internally within file notes for the purpose of keeping the appropriate records for reference and for communicating to colleagues as to the advice/support given to their respective clients.

To ensure that client files are accurately and efficiently maintained.

To work with HR Consultants to produce reports for clients as required.

To keep up to date with employment legislation and developments within the HR and OD profession.

To provide technical support to the clients, as and when required.

To ensure that HR documents/templates are accurate and compliant with existing employment legislation

Provide support to the L&D function.

To be considered for this vacancy you will have the following;

Generalist HR experience.

CIPD qualified.

Degree Educated.

Client facing and committed to providing outstanding service.

Perform well in a fast paced environment.

Have excellent communication skills.

Work well to deadlines and be highly organised.
