Human Resources Advisor

The role will involve
Recruiting new staff with the use of tests, assessment centres and other best practices in a cost effective manner.
Supporting manager with high level HR advice on new legislation and its impact on the organisation.
Implement policies on issues relating to work conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, absence management and other HR related issues.
Advise and support on disciplinaries and grievances.
Provide support in arranging development training.
Instigate and manage initiatives to ensure employee engagement.
Work with departmental managers to analyse training needs.
Operate induction and exit interviews.
Support the introduction of HR systems and procedures as appropriate

Essential: Must be CIPD Level 5 Qualified and 2-3 yrs experience as an HR advisor
