Customer Service opportunities in Essex – immediate start

£16,000 per annum (with opportunity to earn an extra £150-800 bonus every month!)

Maine Sales & Customer Service want to hear from candidates who have good customer service or retail experience, for call centre operative roles in a loan agency based in Essex. Working in a fun and super busy work environment, you will be calling customers who have applied for a loan on the website to talk about their application, verify their employment and get the loan approved.

No cold calling, you will be contacting potential customers who have independently applied on the website and requested a call back.

This is a great call centre environment, working with a lovely inclusive team of motivated professionals. Current high achievers enjoy quick wins from repeat business.

A rapidly growing company so there is scope for you to progress into a Team Leader role.

Ideal candidates will have good customer service experience, this can be from call centre or retail background, a professional telephone manner, GCSE in Maths and English, the ability to input information on to the database fast and accurately.

You will be expected to work 5 days per week, this will be a combination of weekdays and weekends with 2 days off. The weekday shifts are either 8:00am – 4:00pm, or 10:00am – 6:30pm. The working hours for weekends are 8:00am - 3:30pm. Overtime hours are available if you are interested in earning more money!

Full training will be provided!

Free car parking facilities will be available once you have successfully passed the probationary period (3 months). There are also plenty of residential parking spots in the area.
