Technical Recruiter

THE ROLE

An amazing fashion / retail company are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to provide specialist IT recruitment to a growing and innovative Technology Department. You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment service within the company and focus purely on IT roles within the Technology and Ecommerce departments.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with the Technology and Ecommerce departments to be able to proactively headhunt talent into the business
Source and maintain a pipeline of top talent
Run exciting events to highlight the company as an innovator in technology
Networking in order to to seek out future talent
Manage the recruitment process for all IT roles across business
Oversee the approvals process for all vacancies and making sure correct authorisation is in place
Write, review and post adverts on the company website careers page and any other appropriate job boards
Develop and increase the use of social media
Screen CVs and forward to Hiring Managers where approproate
Provide excellent interview support and guidance and attend every interview
Collate feedback from Hiring Managers and ensure and ensure it is fed back to candidates
Assist in the implementation of the new Applicant Tracking System building an internal talent pool/database of relevant candidate
Work as a team with the HR Recruitment Co-ordinator so that you can both assist in each other’s vacancies

ABOUT YOU

Essential Skills and Experience

Proven relevant Technology recruitment experience, preferably from an E-Commerce and Retail background
Be able to fully screen Technology candidates
Demonstrable results of direct hiring and ability to headhunt great candidates
Adaptability and flexibility allowing for effective multi-tasking
Sense of humour and ability engage all levels of staff
Proven experience of recruiting through social media platforms such as LinkedIn
Ability to manage the recruitment process through hiring managers
Desired Skills & Experience

Educated to degree level, preferably HR relevant subject
Previous experience in a fast paced entrepreneurial retail company
Exposure to implementation of new systems and processes
