Customer Service Executive - Contact Centre

Do you have excellent customer service experience working in a contact centre? Are you immediately available or near the end of your contract and interested in working in a fun and dynamic environment?

We are currently looking for customer service executives to work in a contact centre for a luxury fashion retailer based near Balham.

The main purpose of the role will be to provide customers with outstanding customer service, and resolve any queries they contact the call centre with.

You will need:

- previous experience of speaking with clients/customers on the phone

- excellent communication skills

- to be able to multi-task
