Lettings Negotiator
My client is one of the countries leading property specialists who are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator to work within one of their South West London offices.
You will have a minimum of two years experience and ideally have ARLA 1 or NFoPP qualification.
KEY ACTIVITIES
To support the head of the department in day to day activities in order to efficiently manage workloads and maximize income and profit.
Ensure clear and proactive communication with all related personnel to ensure client relations are managed with an exceptional level of customer service.
Attend pitches with HOD for new business and win instructions whilst maintaining good levels of fees and quality properties.
Update Reapit with all new property details including web brochure and photograph.
To build a strong working relationship with Landlords, Tenants and Applicants and provide excellent customer service at all time
To register, maintain regular contact and build rapport with applicants
Arranging and carrying out viewings converting them to deal
Negotiate tenancies and process the deal with the Tenancy Progression team ensure that the deal is progressed and closed resulting in fees for the department.
Informing Lettings HOD of any problems arising at the earliest possible opportunity to ensure a speedy remedy
Ensuring that Landlords receive a weekly call updating them on the progress of their available properties
Efficiently deal with Landlord and Tenant enquiries with prompt responses or updates to both parties
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and communication skills, and be confident in dealing with clients be incredibly well organised and have meticulous attention to detail. You must have a proactive approach to your work and be happy to take the initiative and generate and follow up relevant leads.
