Claims Advisor

This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious and driven sales professional to join a rapidly expanding company in Ilford, Essex.

The company is an independently-owned Marketing company who are located within 2 minutes’ walk from Ilford station.

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Claims Advisor will be responsible for converting supplied leads into qualified sales and working to both individual and team targets.

Duties will include:

B2C outbound via a dialer
Investigating leads and qualifying criteria
Managing individual caseloads
Building excellent rapport with clients
Liaising with solicitors and insurers
Recording accurate information onto the CRM system
The ideal individual for this Claims Advisor role will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

A minimum of 6 months’ sales experience is essential
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
The ability to close the deal
The ability to build valuable relationships with clients, third parties and colleagues
Target driven and motivated
A professional and mature attitude
Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel & Outlook
Experience of using in-house CRM systems would be an advantage.
Possess a positive attitude
Tenacious and determined
Package: Excellent basic with realistic uncapped OTE of 30k - 50k+

Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 10:00am - 7.00pm; Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm
