Research Associate

The ideal candidate must hold a degree from a top tier / red brick University. This position is open to recent graduates and, or, people who have gained between 6 months to 2 years’ worth of work experience, gained within a consultative professional services environment. You will be commercially astute, with a strong ability in providing clients and candidates with a high-quality, high-value service.

This is a progressive and growing company with global offices. As a Researcher your responsibilities will be varied and have a mix of research, online and database work as well as liaison with senior candidates and clients.

The role of a Research Associate will be both rewarding and challenging and you will be required to map the market of your chosen sector, helping monitor and track movements of staff between different companies, researching companies to identify potential targets and senior executives with whom you can build relationships, preparing analytical reports to brief clients on progress and attending meetings with senior team members, assisting senior team members with networking with leading executives and board members in the sector.
