Lettings Negotiator – Global Real Estate Service Provider - West London

Our client is seeking an experienced lettings negotiator to join their team in Fulham. You will be supporting the Head of Department in the day to day activities to efficiently manage workloads and maximise overall income.

As the lettings negotiator, you should have strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and be confident in dealing with clients. You should also have ARLA 1 or NFoPP and a minimum of two years experience.

Key duties will include:

To build a strong working relationship with Landlords, Tenants and Applicants and provide excellent customer service at all times
To register, maintain regular contact and build rapport with applicants
Arranging and carrying out viewings converting them to deals
Negotiate tenancies and process the deal with the Tenancy Progression team ensure that the deal is progressed and closed resulting in fees for the department
Informing Lettings HOD of any problems arising at the earliest possible opportunity to ensure a speedy remedy.
Efficiently deal with Landlord and Tenant enquiries with prompt responses or updates to both parties
