Receptionist / Administrator

A fantastic new job opportunity for a Receptionist/Office administrator to join a Property Management Company based in the West End (London). Offering a dynamic and fun environment to work in, this company is looking for an immediately available Administrator to join the team. While you will be responsible for front of house duties too, you will be sitting with the team in an open plan office to provide efficient business support for any ad hoc administration needs.

Typical responsibilities will include meeting and greeting clients, answering incoming calls, booking meeting rooms, arranging travel, ordering supplies and ad hoc administration such as preparing marketing materials for team before meetings. This is a really varied role and would suit candidates who have excellent organisational skills, and high attention to detail. This is an incredible opportunity to work in a professional, fun team and gain insight in to their business with possible progression opportunities in the future.

As the first point of contact for the business the successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be very polite and well presented to provide clients with an outstanding experience and excellent customer service.
