Japanese speaking Payroll Officer

Japanese speaking Payroll Officer required for a global organisation.
Prepare monthly salary, payroll and tax returns. Deal with all other expat related taxation matters.

Deal with remuneration and taxations related to London based expatriate staff.
Using SAP to issue invoices/make payments. Recharge management fee and service fee to relevant department and companies.
Prepare monthly salary, payroll and tax returns. Deal with all other expat related taxation matters.
General administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/PERSONAL QUALITIES
Good organisational skills with an ability to work under own initiative.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Ability to draft correspondence and other documentation.
Ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals at all levels using a range of methods including face to face, telephone and email.
Fluency in English and Japanese is essential.
Numerate.
Diligent.

EXPERIENCE
Must have experience in dealing with expatriate payroll and taxation.
Experience working in Japanese company is desirable.
Experience in expatriate related accounting.
Experience in using SAP
