Interim HR Officer 6 month FTC, Financial Services, £32000-£35,000 based in Central London

Our client is a leading financial consultancy in London. They are based in the heart of London in stunning offices. If you are AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY and looking for an interim 6 month FTC position as a generalist HR officer within a market leading financial organisation, APPLY NOW!!!

Main Duties

• Manage the end to end graduate recruitment process according to the business needs
• Conduct graduate and all staff below partner/director level induction days and review the graduate and normal recruitment processes
• Manage the end to end recruitment process for all aspects of the business

Employee Relations

• Coaching line managers in managing staff requiring extended probationary periods
• Coaching line managers through performance management procedures
• Alongside the HR Manager facilitating/mediating discussion to resolve any employee relation conflict in disciplinary/grievance r procedures
HR Duties

• Overseeing the on-boarding and leaver process
• Issuing offer letters and contracts
• Conducting exit interviews
• Monitor sickness, absence
• Being the first point of contact for all maternity leavers and paternity requests
• Assist with the production of monthly and quarterly reporting of key HR Statistics
• Assisting with ad-hoc HR projects

Reward Duties

• Reviewing the monthly payroll and preparing the pension submission monthly
• Managing the annual salary review process
