Senior HR Advisor -Part time

Senior HR Advisor –PART TIME, £35,000 pro-rata, South West London

Key Responsibilities
• Managing the end to end recruitment process, from developing and keeping up to date job descriptions for all roles across the agency
• Reviewing and advising on offers, contracts, policies
• Dealing with the on-boarding and leavers process
• Producing quarterly exit interview reports
• Providing advice, information and guidance to managers in regards to ER issues
• Interpreting and advising on employment law
• Supporting the HRD in the coordination, development and implementation of HR initiatives
• Working alongside the HRD on any restructures, redundancies and TUPE
• Maintaining and improving the employee hand book
• Providing advice on our annual performance discussions
• Working with the HRD on L&D strategy and CPD gold

The Ideal Candidate will have:
• Excellent communication, written and verbal skills
• Working knowledge of current legislation and be a graduate member of the CIPD
• Great Team player
• Excellent attention to detail
