RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR

RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR REQUIRED FOR 10 MONTH FTC.
Join the London office of a global Executive Search firm and assist with recruiting lawyers.
You will support four Senior Consultants.

RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR POSITION OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for supporting the consultants daily activities, including:
1. Database Development
? Updating/adding candidate records.
? Updating client and candidate records in database as per news, websites, meeting notes and
publications, as required.
? Updating client needs for new/filled jobs.
2. Meeting Prep
? Proactively gather meeting prep for consultants for future meetings in a timely manner.
? Conduct research on candidates and clients relevant to future meetings.
? Continually maintain research documents to be used in meetings when relevant
? Maintaining client profiles with information relevant to the consultants (from legal press, recruiter meeting
notes, internet research).
? Prepare power point presentations and other Marketing materials for Client meetings as well as
briefing materials for candidates meetings.
3. Calendar Management
? Aid consultants with time management to ensure meetings are attended on time.
? Liaise with candidates and clients to set up meeting with consultants.
? Remind consultants of meetings throughout the day and call consultants when they are late for
meetings.
4. Document Preparation & Further Research
? Work with consultants on mapping markets.
? Create briefing materials for candidates in preparation of interviews.
? Create marketing materials for client meetings.
? Create candidate write?ups to submit to firms.
? Create target lists for clients.
? Create Position Descriptions from client briefs.
? Construct fee agreements and proposal letters.
5. Candidate Pipeline Support
? Update candidate pipeline to reflect where all candidates are in each process.
? Provide updates to consultants on candidates’ status.
? Liaise with candidates and clients to set up interviews.
6. Office Support
? Work with other Support personal to answer phones and door.
? Act as host to visiting candidates & clients, provide beverages, and prepare meeting rooms when
needed.
? Aid all consultants in office with database best practices.
7. Marketing
? Work with marketing team to ensure website for London office is always up to date.
? Work with marketing team on marketing slicks.
? Manage all logistics of quarterly Diversity events.
? Manage Diversity LinkedIn group.

RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR - REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE
? Strong knowledge/experience of using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
? Excellent general computer/internet skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
? Pro?active, positive approach and enthusiastic attitude.
? Recruitment Coordination experience.
? Highly organised, with own initiative.
? Ability to handle several projects at once and support a busy team.
? Methodical with a high attention to detail

YOU WILL BE ARTICULATE AND CONFIDENT TO SPEAK WITH PEOPLE AT ALL LEVELS.
Must have a corporate and professional appearance.
Ideally degree educated from a red brick University.
