HR Advisor, Property Management Company, Central London, £35,000


Our Client is an award winning property management firm in the heart of London. This is a diverse and vibrant office to work within and would be an ideal opportunity for a HR Generalist with 3 to 5 years experience looking for the next step.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing employee relations in line with current good practice
• Working with your own client group to focus on the people challenges and opportunities to help them define how they can achieve their goals
• Managing the learning and development for your client group
• Driving the learning and development process by collating the learning and development programme and organising training events
• Dealing with sickness, absence and leavers process
• Managing the end to end recruitment process
• Providing advice and support to line managers in applying company policies and procedures
• Liaising with the payroll department
• Coaching managers and helping facilitate their continuous development of line management skills
• Supporting their client group in developing and implementing wellbeing plans
• Providing support on ad-hoc HR projects
Experience
• CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD
• Experience of delivering effective learning and developing initiatives
• Good understanding of UK employment law
