PA to Senior Director
My client is looking for a polished PA who has supported senior level / board level stakeholders.
To provide executive administration support (e.g. Diary Management, Email, Telephone, Meetings, Conferences, Expenses, Travel, Absence Management)
Co-ordinate travel plans often involving complex global itineraries and liaison with internal/external parties and assist with monitoring travel budget for team
Proactively filter, re-direct or respond to incoming requests from a wide variety of sources as necessary
Produce all types of documents and presentations including preparation of materials in advance for regular key meetings
Organise team meetings/events/workshops/conferences
Undertake ad hoc reports/projects as required and may provide project leadership for department initiatives
Maintain holiday and absence systems for team
Network with administrative support staff in other areas and work together to improve efficiency

Able to work with confidential information and holds a high degree of integrity, able to be proactive with an innovative approach to problem solving and the ability to prioritise workload on own initiative.
Able to work in an environment of change & uncertainty and some level of influencing is required.
Flexibility required in meeting multiple deadlines and priorities.
You will be working in a collaborative and global team who are highly respected in their industry. Strong administration skills along with experience of project work is absolutely essential. Strong Microsoft skills are essential, shorthand is desirable.
